Cancellation

• To cancel an order, send an email to support@themebox.in within 1 hour of placing the order. Include your order number in the subject line.
• Orders cannot be canceled after they have been dispatched.
• Personalized product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed.

Replacement Policy:

• Products are eligible for replacement if they are received damaged or defective.
• Notify us at support@themebox.in within 2 hours of receiving the package.
• A replacement will be shipped with an additional shipping charge.
• The original product tag and packaging must be intact for return.

Return Policy:

• Returns are not applicable for any orders, as they are personalized.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds cannot be made because orders are personalized and customized specifically for the customer.
• Once the order has been processed and customization has begun, refunds are not possible.
